Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our Beyond Meadows products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

To begin, email us at Sales@beyondmeadows.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the product is defective or damaged, please include clear photos or a short video showing the issue — this helps us resolve things quickly. Once we review your request, we'll send you a confirmation along with the return address and instructions to ship the item back.

Return Conditions

Change of Mind Returns
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs in this case are the customer's responsibility, and you may use the courier of your choice.

Defective or Quality Issues
If there's a genuine problem with the product that only became apparent after opening, we'll still accept the return. In these cases, we'll take care of the return shipping and work with you on a replacement or refund. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Reports made after this window may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we'll send you an email confirming the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? Email us at Sales@beyondmeadows.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund right away. If your order has already shipped, we'll process your refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.
